Many of you are aware of Nanotechnology. But few of you have ever encountered the real use of Nanotechnology. Well, one of the example where researchers have used Nanotech is in printing.
In order to print anything we need to have a printer. These printers are all “ink” based. The highest resolution with the ink based printers you can get is 10000 DPI. But, with the use of Nanotech discs, you can get 100,000 DPI resolution and that too without ink.
Basically, the size of nanoparticles reflects light with different wavelength (or color light), this is how the real color is generated.
In the picture above, you will see a full colored image is printed with these nanodiscs. How cool is that!!!
