HO HO HO…. Santa Claus is here….. If it’s a Christmas time, whole America is lit with colourful lights. All shops, every home is lit with wonderful lights. These lights are so serene that even NASA took the photograph of whole America during Christmas night. Wow…. Can you see your home…. Your light….. It may be difficult for you to see it in this small photo… I really wish that you could see it…. Even I wanna see your decoration and lighting which you created during your last Christmas……
Never mind, if these are not in this poster…… Actually, it turned out to be a population density map in USA instead of Christmas lightings. NASA took photographs of all the reasons of USA for nearly a decade and then they plotted that huge data in the form of Night light diagram layered over USA map. So the bright spots you are seeing is heavily populated area….. and the dull spots are low populated areas……
Now….. tell me….. Do you wanna see this poster as Christmas Lights or a Population density data….. For me I am happy with the concept of Christmas lighting….. Its more personal……
