On one hand, the world especially big European countries are dying due to fall in their own economic crisis and want that other poor countries to bail them out. This cartoon is really a nice representation of our current world scenario.
We need funds to fight poverty; climate change etc and we need the help of big countries. But instead then are sucking money meant for such development.
