This is the most un-innovative logo for an innovative department. Well, if you have figured out this logo is a fail then its good, but for those of you who are still thinking whats wrong in this logo then let me help you in this case.
Just look at the position of the gears. If you move one gear then other should move and so on…. But in this Fail logo, if you move one gear it will not move the other gear because the third gear will stop its motion….. its counter intuitive. Its perfectly a fail logo!!!
