This is funny as the difference is based on two extreme cases: Kiss and Pee. In West, you can kiss on street but not pee. In contrary, you can pee on street but cannot kiss on street in India…..
Importantly, there is no law which prohibit you not to kiss on streets in India….. But, still, you will not be in ease even if you want to take a chance…..
I must say, its safe to avoid something if no one is sure (about the consequence) then to be a Hero and face the result (often sad results)….
