You need a bike with two persons each holding groom to clean both side of the road. I bet this type of facility is not available in poor nations as first of all they need good roads. Then someone to make them dirty and lastly they need bikers who can balance the bike and sweep the road without failing off or any fatal accident.
In nut shell, this is a fail funny cartoon. I have never been realized that one can think upto this extent…..this is like creativity on steroids (however in different direction).
