Cold war is over and the political map around the world also changed. One of the historical moments was disintegration of USSR into various countries and the Russia.
Don’t get it wrong. But innovation was in the “Russian Blood” during the USSR time and it is still throbbing when Putin is playing a major role in Russia. The only worry is to see how effect is that innovation!
